Creator Development Manager

Job Summary

Building a first-of-its-kind creator recruitment and development program, the full-time salaried Creator Development Manager will manage a team of Account Managers to recruit and develop TikTok Shop affiliates while overseeing their ongoing performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a team of 5-10 Account Managers in recruiting TikTok creators and tracking team performance metrics
• Own the internal creator development program, providing coaching and feedback to ensure creators meet key performance indicators
• Manage CRM systems for tracking creator performance and produce reports for leadership on team outcomes

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in creator/influencer program management or talent development
• Proven track record of managing and developing creators with measurable performance outcomes
• Experience building or running creator coaching programs and content feedback systems
• Proficiency with creator management and content tracking tools
• AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools for workflow automation and performance reporting
