Job Summary
Supporting small and medium-sized creators, the part-time contract Creator Growth Strategist will run strategic growth consults, provide actionable recommendations, and manage follow-up outreach efforts, all while working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one-time strategic growth consults to help creators develop clear, actionable next steps for their business
- Manage follow-up processes to ensure that creators implement the advice provided during consults
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to keep the consult pipeline active and explore new support formats as the program evolves
Required qualifications
- Experience in a creator-facing, customer success, or SMB advising role, or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of advising creators or small businesses on growth with measurable results
- Ability to quickly understand a creator's business and offer tangible recommendations on the spot
- Fluency with CRM/outreach tools such as Salesforce or Airtable
- Strong presence on video calls with a customer-success mentality
