Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creator Lead to manage its contributor program and develop new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to identify content opportunities and produce original videos
• Oversee the production of multiple vertical videos weekly, ensuring quality and relevance
• Discover and develop new creator talent while training them in production best practices

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience managing creator talent in relevant fields
• Strong background in scripting and producing news-centric vertical video content
• Knowledge of economic justice, U.S. politics, and related topics
• Understanding of social media platforms and experience in growing their presence
• Familiarity with video editing tools and social media analytics is a plus
