Creator Management Associate

Job Summary

To support the Creator Management team, the remote Associate, Creator Management will implement day-to-day creator strategies and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients, managing tasks from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall success of social campaigns and execution of creator strategies
• Liaise between the creator management team and internal groups to ensure client needs are met
• Oversee creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across brand campaigns

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience working directly with clients
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced agency setting
• Strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
