Creator Management Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of creator strategies for a major beauty client, the remote Associate, Creator Management will oversee campaign management tasks including sourcing, negotiation, and content oversight while ensuring alignment with brand safety and success metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall success of social campaigns and execution of creator strategies
• Manage the vetting process for talent and oversee creator casting, negotiation, and content management
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and leverage data to position creators effectively

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment
• Exceptional presentation skills with experience working directly with clients
• Experience in an agency setting and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the creator space and established network of creators or managers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
