Creator Management Specialist

Job Summary

To implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for a major beauty client, the remote Specialist, Creator Management will manage creator sourcing, negotiation, content creation, and campaign oversight while ensuring the overall success of social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the success of Influential's social campaigns and execution of creator strategies
• Manage the vetting process for talent and oversee creator casting, negotiation, and content management
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and leverage data for creator recommendations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience working directly with clients
• Experience in an agency setting with project management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the creator space and established network of managers/agents or creator contacts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
