Key Responsibilities

• Own the full creator lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, launching, retaining, and expanding
• Build and manage outreach campaigns to high-value fitness and wellness creators
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and strategic partnership conversations

• Strong closing instincts with experience in outbound sales and CRM navigation
• Ability to build long-term relationships and support creator growth
• Hands-on execution mindset with a willingness to perform various tasks
• Strong understanding of the fitness and wellness industry
• Experience in the creator economy or subscription platforms is a plus
