Creator Manager

Job Summary

Supporting high-level creators in their long-term growth, the fully remote Creator Manager will manage relationships, develop audience growth strategies, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance revenue and content ideation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with creators, producers, networks, and publishers to foster audience growth
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with new content creators while developing bespoke strategies for revenue enhancement
• Ensure sales teams have the necessary information to monetize creators' shows effectively and support branded content initiatives

Required qualifications

• Fluency in French and based in Montreal
• Experience working directly with talent, creators, and agents
• Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of content and audience growth
• Previous experience in creator or branded partnerships, production, journalism, digital media, or marketing
• Tech-savviness and a passion for podcasting
