Job Summary
Leading the influencer and creator marketing program, the full-time remote Creator Marketing Lead will develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement while coordinating the end-to-end development of creator campaigns, managing agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for creator campaigns to drive brand awareness and business impact
- Manage agency partners and oversee the selection and vetting of creators and online personalities
- Collaborate with social media, media, brand, legal, PR, and analytics teams to execute and optimize creator-led programs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with a minimum of eight years of experience in digital marketing focused on Creator/Influencer marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling creator or influencer marketing programs for national consumer brands
- Proven expertise in creator strategy, talent vetting, and campaign execution across major social platforms
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners throughout project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of creator economics and social media trends
