Job Summary
Managing large-scale creator marketing campaigns, the full-time Creator Marketing Manager will work remotely to engage youth content creators and inspire climate action through advocacy and educational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creators through all phases of content production, utilizing creator aggregator tools for scalability
- Build and maintain relationships with high-reach creators and agencies to establish GoodPower as a long-term partner
- Analyze creator performance data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience managing creators or influencers from brief writing to performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with at least one creator aggregator or influencer management platform
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into recommendations
- Experience coordinating with paid media teams to boost and repurpose creator content
- Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements and platform-specific guidelines for sponsored content
