Creator Outreach Associate

Job Summary

Identifying and onboarding emerging talent, the remote Creator Outreach Associate Contractor will proactively reach out to creators, guide them through their initial steps on Twitch, and manage relationships through their first stream, all while working within a metrics-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and engage with emerging creators across various platforms to encourage them to join Twitch
• Conduct cold outreach to persuade creators to consider Twitch as a significant career opportunity
• Manage outreach efforts and maintain an organized CRM pipeline for tracking creator interactions

Required qualifications

• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work for the duration of the contract
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role
• Proven interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, or influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and trends across multiple platforms
• Comfort with CRM and creator-analytics tools, or the ability to learn them quickly
