Creator Outreach Associate

Job Summary

Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, the remote Creator Outreach Associate Contractor will identify and onboard emerging Portuguese-speaking talent to the Twitch livestreaming community, managing outreach and relationships while achieving weekly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and engage emerging talent across various platforms, initiating outreach to persuade creators to join Twitch
• Guide creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for their first stream
• Manage outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in a CRM system to track creator interactions and pipeline status

Required qualifications

• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work for the duration of the contract
• Fully fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work hours aligned with Brazil's time zone to collaborate effectively with the Brazil team and creators
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and trends across various platforms
