A company is looking for a Creator & Customer Sourcing & Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new internal creators daily using various tools and analytics
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across different platforms
• Manage creator and customer messaging pipelines to ensure engagement and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in outreach, recruiting, or CRM management
• Experience with Airtable, HubSpot, Reacher, or other CRMs
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Fast execution and strong follow-through
• Experience in TikTok Shop or creator marketing is a plus
