Creator Partner Manager

Job Summary

Owning a large portfolio of mid-sized creators, the remote Creator Partner Manager will manage high volumes of incoming requests, build long-term relationships, and support key moments in creators' businesses while ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse group of mid-sized creators, overseeing their overall experience
• Handle a high volume of requests related to shop setup, orders, and memberships while maintaining context on each creator's needs
• Transform requests into meaningful relationships by remembering past interactions and following up to ensure creators feel valued

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume queue in a ticketing environment, preferably with Zendesk
• Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of creators effectively
