Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in creator management, influencer partnerships, or social commerce
• Familiarity with TikTok creator ecosystems or UGC workflows
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and comfortable working with reporting tools
