Creator Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of top-tier influencers, the full-time remote Creator Partnerships Manager will lead strategic partnerships, drive performance growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for creators' needs within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic creator partnerships by managing and growing a portfolio of influencers for long-term success
• Drive performance and growth through analysis of creator performance data and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Influencer, Product, and Data teams to ensure creator needs are prioritized

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or creator/influencer/partnership roles
• Proven track record managing high-profile accounts or creator relationships
• Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social media
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools
• Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Claude, and Looker is a plus
