Job Summary

Driving the strategy and operations of the creator ecosystem, the full-time Head of Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth will build partnerships with influencers and creators to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate partnerships with influencers and creators, optimizing for cost-per-new-user and driving measurable growth
• Own the full influencer and creator pipeline, analyzing performance to enhance efficiency across marketing channels
• Elevate brand storytelling through creator content that aligns with Owner's mission and resonates with target audiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields
• Proven track record of scaling creator programs from dozens to hundreds of partners
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with creator attribution and partnership measurement systems
