Job Summary

Creator Sourcing Specialist is a remote, full-time position responsible for identifying and organizing nano and micro creators to support community growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-volume creator pipelines across various social media platforms
• Conduct vetting of creators and support the onboarding process for new participants
• Track and organize creator information to maintain effective sourcing operations

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong interest in creator discovery and familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Experience working with luxury brands
• Highly organized and comfortable managing large datasets
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on repeatable workflows
