Creator Success Manager
Job Summary
Working onsite as a full-time contractor, the Creator Success Manager will build trusted relationships with top Creator accounts, guiding them on generative AI workflows and ensuring their satisfaction with the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned Creator accounts, focusing on adoption and satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve Creator issues end to end, providing timely solutions and support
- Coach Creators on advanced workflows and technical features to enhance output quality
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy for a paid software product
- Background in customer success, account management, or technical support with direct customer engagement
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and ability to diagnose output issues
- Technical comfort to read generation logs and escalate bugs effectively
- Excellent written English skills for communication with creators and engineers
