Creator Success Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time Contractor, the Creator Success Manager will drive adoption and satisfaction for a portfolio of top Creator accounts, providing guidance on generative AI workflows and resolving issues while working onsite in Miami.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned Creator accounts to enhance adoption and output quality
- Investigate and resolve Creator issues end to end, ensuring timely communication and closure
- Coach Creators on advanced workflows and technical features to improve their output
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy for a paid software product
- Background in customer success, account management, or technical support with direct customer engagement
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and the ability to diagnose output issues
- Technical comfort to read generation logs and escalate bugs effectively
- Proven ability to translate usage data into actionable insights for stakeholders
