Creator Success Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Contractor, the Creator Success Manager will drive adoption and satisfaction among top Creator accounts by providing guidance on generative AI workflows, resolving issues, and translating usage data into actionable recommendations, all while working onsite in Berlin with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned Creator accounts, focusing on adoption and long-term satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve Creator issues end to end, ensuring timely communication and closure
• Coach Creators on advanced workflows and technical features to enhance output quality

Required qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy for a paid software product
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and the ability to diagnose issues for non-technical users
• Technical comfort to read generation logs and escalate bugs effectively
• Proven ability to create self-serve content from repeat inquiries
• Excellent written English skills for effective communication with Creators and engineers
