Creator Success Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time Contractor, the Creator Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of top Creator accounts, focusing on driving adoption, enhancing output quality, and fostering long-term satisfaction with the platform while working remotely with the option to join onsite in Madrid.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned Creator accounts, emphasizing adoption and long-term satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve Creator issues end to end, providing timely support and guidance on generative AI workflows
- Monitor Creator usage and proactively engage to prevent account churn by offering actionable insights and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and advocacy for a paid software product
- Background in customer success, account management, or technical support with direct customer engagement
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong written English skills for effective communication with both creators and engineers
- Openness to learning and transferable skills from related roles that support collaborative customer partnerships
