Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service (Creator Support) Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to creator inquiries across email, DMs, and chat within one business day
  • Assist in creator collaboration onboarding and manage inbox workflow to ensure timely communication
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and stay updated on influencer marketing trends


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or a related client-facing role
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and personal organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
