Job Summary
A company is looking for a Creator/Customer Support Specialist (100% Remote Worldwide).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to YouTube creators using the company's features and tools
- Act as the voice of creators by gathering feedback and insights to improve products
- Deliver exceptional customer support and onboarding experiences
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong passion for YouTube and knowledge of its trends
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with AI and RPA tools to enhance workflows
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 1:00 AM PST and 9:00 AM PST, Sunday to Thursday
