Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creator Support Associate to enhance the creator experience and manage various support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to creator inquiries across multiple channels within one business day
• Assist in onboarding creators and manage inbox workflow for timely message reviews
• Review gift card compensation eligibility and provide updates on collaborations and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or related client-facing roles
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong self-starter mentality with a growth mindset
• Experience in a fast-paced, digital marketing, or startup environment is preferred
