Creator Video Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and creative individual, the full-time salaried Creator Video Lead will manage the contributor program, develop strategies for talent cultivation, and oversee the production of engaging vertical videos remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities in the news cycle to collaborate with creators and produce original content
• Oversee the production of 2-3 original vertical videos weekly, including pitch workshopping and post-production feedback
• Train and mentor creators in video production best practices and ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications:

• Strong editorial judgment and social media skills
• Experience in video production and content creation
• Ability to analyze content metrics and report on audience growth
• Familiarity with trends in the creator space and ability to translate observations into actionable strategies
• Experience managing contracts and communications with influencers
