Credential Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Credential Manager will manage credential and access management across over 1,000 client systems, ensuring secure access and compliance for 500+ users and 800+ clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and follow password management policies to secure access to client EMR systems
• Maintain a secure repository for organizational passwords and control access across operational teams
• Monitor access rights to EMR systems, ensuring compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT security or password management roles, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations affecting EMR access and data security (e.g., HIPAA)
• Proficient with password management software and encryption technologies
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
