Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credential Pathways Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review program roadmap for industry credentials in academic and non-academic courses/programs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and strengthen pathways
Create and disseminate student-facing material, visualize pathways, and develop interactive tools

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related discipline
5-8 years of relevant program development and curriculum experience in higher education or workforce training
Experience with grant proposal writing and administration preferred
Ability to build partnerships, think strategically, and work well with others
Proven ability to lead projects, make decisions independently, and achieve results
