Credentialed Epic Trainer

Job Summary

To support high-quality Epic application training, the part-time Credentialed Epic Trainer will lead engaging training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff remotely while providing individualized support during system go-live events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in-person or virtual training sessions and facilitate study halls and user settings labs
• Create an engaging learning environment by applying adult learning principles and responding to trainee questions
• Administer end-user proficiency assessments and provide "at-the-elbow" support during go-live events

Required qualifications

• Must obtain Credentialed Trainer status within 6 weeks of assignment
• 5 years of Learning Facilitation professional experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology adoption and strong advocacy for Epic
