Credentialed Veterinary Technician

Job Summary

Providing flexible, relief-based support, the Credentialed Veterinary Technician will engage with clients via chat, phone, and video to triage medical cases, review patient histories, and deliver compassionate care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide support and education on pet health and well-being
• Triage medical cases and offer recommendations based on veterinary knowledge
• Document patient interactions and verify prescriptions accurately

Required qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with successful completion of the VTNE
• At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms
• Ability to communicate medical information clearly and compassionately
• Strong independent working skills with effective task management
