Credentialed Veterinary Technician

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technicians for a remote contract position, where they will engage with clients via telemedicine, manage EMR tasks, and verify prescriptions while providing high-quality care and support in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engaging with clients through the EMR messaging system to provide support and education on pet health
• Managing EMR tasks, including refill approvals and prescription requests, while ensuring efficient communication with clients and doctors
• Delivering empathetic, high-quality service while adapting to each case and contributing to telehealth initiatives

Required qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT)
• 2-3+ years of clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine; emergency or specialty experience is a plus
• Comfortable using digital tools such as telehealth platforms and EMRs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Strong communication skills for effective client education and collaboration
