Credentialing Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Account Manager to oversee the credentialing process for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients post-implementation
• Manage credentialing workflows including CAQH validation, document collection, and payer submissions
• Provide regular updates and performance insights to clients and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in credentialing, healthcare account management, or payer relations
• Familiarity with CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer processes
• Experience with Salesforce and credentialing systems
• Ability to track application progress and follow up on outstanding items
• Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
