Job Summary
To support client success in provider enrollment and credentialing, the remote Credentialing Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee operational workflows, and drive process improvements in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and conducting regular meetings to align on goals
- Oversee provider enrollment and credentialing activities, ensuring compliance and effective tracking of data
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and the provider experience while supporting departmental strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in provider relations, credentialing, enrollment, or healthcare operations
- 2+ years of people management experience, including managing Team Leads or supervisors
- 2+ years of account management or customer success experience
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, business, or process improvement
- Strong understanding of medical billing, payer enrollment, and healthcare workflows
