A company is looking for a Department Analyst I - Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units
• Manage credentialing for providers, ensuring compliance with health plan requirements
• Prepare special reports and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field with one year of statistical analysis experience, or five years of relevant healthcare experience
• High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience, or Associate's Degree with three years of experience, or a Master's Degree
• Two years of commercial health plan credentialing experience or medical staff office credentialing experience
