Job Summary
Managing credentialing and enrollment processes for healthcare providers, the full-time Credentialing & Enrollment Analyst I will collaborate with providers and insurance entities to ensure compliance and timely submissions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with new providers to obtain necessary documentation for credentialing and enrollment
- Maintain and update credentialing and enrollment portals, ensuring active medical licensure and board certification
- Assist in resolving claims issues related to provider enrollment while completing re-credentialing and revalidation requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or revenue cycle operations
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and payor enrollment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and various payor portals such as Availity and CAQH
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
