Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate initial credentialing and recredentialing processes for healthcare providers
Verify provider credentials and ensure timely submission of documentation within the credentialing software
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless onboarding and enrollment of providers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a healthcare-related discipline
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in healthcare credentialing and/or enrollment
CPCS or CPMSM certification preferred
Knowledge of NCQA and AAAHC credentialing standards
Experience with electronic medical record software, preferably Athena
