Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Assistant to support the credentialing and enrollment of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and submit information to insurance companies for provider network participation
  • Maintain and update credentialing databases for provider credentials and network status
  • Complete and monitor primary source verifications and credentialing files for providers
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Adobe X Professional
  • Good typing, clerical, and computer skills
  • Amiable telephone personality
  • Ability to handle multiple stressors and deadlines effectively
