Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Associate who will support the credentialing program for mental health providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider inquiries and provide education on credentialing requirements and processes
• Maintain and update provider credentialing records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Support credentialing audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in credentialing, provider relations, or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with The Joint Commission standards is strongly preferred
• Experience with audit processes and compliance reviews is a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
