Credentialing Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health care initiative, the full-time Credentialing & Enrollment Associate will ensure timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment for Providers, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall Provider experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the credentialing and enrollment process, including scoping requirements for new payer implementations and submitting applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights
• Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates on new processes and payers

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with health insurance plans or credential verification organizations
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Account Delivery or Provider Success teams
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM/ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Ability to develop, document, and optimize processes into clear documentation
• Must reside in the United States, excluding California and Washington
