Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, balancing client and team input to achieve goals
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing healthcare knowledge and insights
• Coach and mentor junior staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• 6+ years of experience in medical staff services or provider enrollment management
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission standards
• Strong knowledge of credentialing software functionality
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred; CPMSM and CPCS certification preferred
• Experience writing business reports and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
