Credentialing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to oversee provider enrollment and ensure compliance within its national imaging network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process to ensure clinicians are fully vetted
• Serve as the primary user for CAQH ProView, managing profile pulls and troubleshooting enrollment issues
• Investigate sanctions alerts and maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Solid foundation in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or managed care operations
• Proficiency with CAQH ProView and understanding of NPDB query processes
• Experience in maintaining compliance and accuracy in documentation
• Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets
• Bonus: CPCS or CPMSM certification, and experience in radiology or outpatient provider networks
