Job Summary

A company is looking for an Allied Health Practitioner Credentialing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process applications for credentialing and reappointments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Organize and maintain practitioner credential files, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
  • Maintain confidential computerized information on the credentialing database, updating records throughout the process
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 years of medical staff credentialing experience in a healthcare or insurance provider setting; OR
  • Associates Degree and 3 years of experience with complex database software systems; OR
  • A combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated software database experience for generating correspondence and tracking activities
