Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator Sr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all tasks related to credentialing and re-credentialing providers according to quality standards and company policies
  • Handle payor enrollment and maintain provider licensure files in an organized manner
  • Process enrollment tasks and support providers with communication regarding licensure expirations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate's degree is a plus
  • At least five (5) years of credential-related work experience required
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • CPCS - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred but not required
  • Thorough knowledge of managed care provider credentialing principles and procedures
