Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain provider records in the credentialing database
- Respond to requests and inquiries from providers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments to support process enhancements and perform administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required
- Familiarity with credentialing software or verification processes is a plus
