Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and maintain provider records in the credentialing database
  • Respond to requests and inquiries from providers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support process enhancements and perform administrative duties
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required
  • Familiarity with credentialing software or verification processes is a plus
