Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review requests and documentation for provider credentialing
- Submit and manage provider applications for enrollment with various insurance plans
- Maintain accurate records of credentialing and enrollment activities and track application progress
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in credentialing and contracting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels
