Job Summary

To support onboarding and security processing activities for employees supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Credentialing Coordinator will assist with preparing and submitting security packages, reviewing documents for accuracy, and tracking onboarding progress while working primarily remotely with occasional on-site training in the DMV area.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing and submitting security and onboarding packages for VA personnel
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness, and track onboarding progress
  • Communicate with employees, recruiters, and government contacts throughout the onboarding process
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to oversee confidential information professionally
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
