Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Credentialing Coordinator will manage the day-to-day execution of the provider credentialing operation, ensuring timely application processing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end credentialing pipeline for providers, coordinating with the third-party credentialing vendor
  • Track application status across payers and providers, flagging delays to internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on missing information needed for applications and maintain accurate tracking of credentialing operations
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare payer credentialing or provider enrollment
  • Familiarity with core credentialing concepts such as CAQH management and payer enrollment workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills with internal teams and providers
  • Experience in a multi-provider or multi-site environment is a plus
