Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the remote Credentialing Coordinator will manage hospital credentialing and licensure processes, track progress in the Salesforce database, and ensure timely completion of required documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate hospital credentialing and medical licensure needs, coordinating application paperwork and monitoring schedules
  • Track progress in the Salesforce Credentialing database and maintain current credentials data for all providers
  • Assist with preboarding processes, ensuring all required paperwork and verifications are completed for new hires
Required qualifications
  • One year of related work experience required
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and communicate ideas clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
