Credentialing Coordinator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and dedicated, the part-time Credentialing Coordinator will manage end-to-end provider credentialing processes, ensuring compliance and readiness for clinicians to deliver care in a remote telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval
• Track credentialing workflows and progress using JIRA
• Perform primary source verification and conduct sanction screenings to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of provider credentialing experience, preferably in telehealth or multi-state environments
• Strong understanding of primary source verification and healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience with credentialing platforms, with a preference for Modio
• Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
