Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Lead to oversee payer enrollment activities for providers in the behavioral health network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payer enrollment and revalidation activities for behavioral health providers
• Provide guidance and support to enrollment specialists and ensure compliance with requirements
• Act as a primary contact with payer enrollment departments and track enrollment metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare services
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid enrollment processes
• Experience leading or mentoring team members in an operational setting
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and payer enrollment portals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred
